The locking screw is used to fixing the spring guide to the gearbox. The screw has a thread M5. This garantees compatibility with all our spring guides. The screw is made of steel and the surface is galvanized.

Spring Guide is made using a steel foot with a shiny nickel surface and a blackened nickel steel mandrel.Quality material, heat treatment and surface finishing result in no abrasion of the spring guide during shooting.A threaded hole is drilled in the bottom part of the mandrel.

The spring guide also incorporates an axial ball bearing which allows easy rotation of the spring in compression.This rotation significantly increases the service life of the spring.

The main part of the ULTRA LIGHT piston is a lightweight plastic body, with full metal teeth.  The second tooth is remove to decrease the chance of pre-engagement by the sector gear.

The design of the plastic body is inspired by a bionic construction that ensures weight reduction. The high strength and stiffness was assure. Using this design, the weight of the piston was reduced to only 13.3 g.

The piston has a universal design for all AEG weapons except those with special gearboxes (PSG1, SR25, L85, ...). For long life, we recommend using spring to force M130 and rate of fire up to 20 RPS.

The piston contain of a very durable plastic body and a full metal teeth (14 pcs). The second tooth is remove to decrease the chance of pre-engagement by the sector gear.

182 holes are drilled in the plastic body of the piston, which significantly reduces the total weight. By reducing the weight, the piston's movement speed increases during the shot, thus increasing FPS and reducing the dynamic stress of the gearbox.

The universal design of the piston allows use on low, high and very high cadence weapons. We recommend using springs up to M140.

The cylinder head is made of duralumin EN AW 6012 on CNC machining center.The seal between the cylinder head and the cylinder is ensured by two O-rings. The rubber pad surface is fixed to the duralumin body by mechanical locks and high strength adhesive.
